How to improve my ability to write English

I' m wondering how to improve my ability to write English.

This is because my score of the writing section of TOEFL test was far worse than I had expected.

I think there are several factors of this miserable score.

The speed of typeing, the insufficient amount of input and output in English which I make in my everyday life
